Description

This fireplace opening block curves back 2 inches deep into the fireplace opening, and has a 4 inch x 4 inch front profile.

It was one of the most popular choices for tiled fireplace designs in the twentieth century.

This is a machine made pressed fireplace tile , and is more robust than the normal fireplace tiles, being designed to take the fiercer heat developed by solid fuel fires at the mouth of the fireplace.

Thickness is around 12mm.
