Blue Iris Border FLAT (4854)

Description

Blue Iris border tile, flat (4854).

A decorative border tile from the Blue Iris range, used to frame the decorative panel in a cast iron fireplace insert, or within a slabbed panel beside a canopy fireplace.

The background of these tiles is hand glazed in the same way as the flower design, so it is almost impossible to match a background colour exactly. Traditionally the decorative colours of the flowers and leaves are picked up in the surrounding plain tiles rather than the background.
