Delivery

Post and packing to mainland UK not NI or remote areas such as AB or IV postcodes is £20-£60 ,depending on tile type and quantity, for up to 1 square yard of tiles ie. up to 10kg. Small tile orders may be able to be posted for £10-£15 e.g a couple of tiles For Quarry tiles we can only post a small quantity due to the weight of quarry tiles. Ask for details. We will not post out large 297mm quarry tiles. Collection of quarry tiles is welcome from our Manchester workshop

We can also handle large quantities up to a pallet load ie.250kg. Pallet delivery is usually £85 mainland UK, not NI or remote areas such as AB and IV postcodes

Delivery time is usually 4-5 working weeks for standard tiles with longer lead times for hand dipped tiles (5-6 weeks) and specialist tiles such as opening tiles.
Other types and sizes may take longer.

We recommend that you always order at least one spare tile of each type to cover for damage etc. as the next batch through the kilns could be a different shade.

Collection

We are based in the Stockport area and collection can be arranged for orders that are difficult or expensive to post. This is worth considering for quarry tiles, which are heavy, and it is the only option for the large 297mm quarry tiles, which we cannot send by post at all.
